If you have been injured either physically or mentally as a result of substandard medical care either from a Hospital or GP or Dentist or other Medical Professional then it may be possible for you to bring a claim for compensation against the Organisation or Medical Professional responsible for your injury.
We can also advise and assist you with making a formal complaint through the NHS complaints procedure, if necessary, complaining further to the Independent Health Service Ombudsman. We will ensure your complaints are properly investigated and receive a proper response/explanation with the appropriate apologies and confirmation of corrective action. Where appropriate we can advise and assist you to complain about the individual Medical Professional through a complaint to the individual’s professional body such as the General Medical Council, Nursing and Midwifery Council and General Dental Council.
