We will always spend time with you at the beginning discussing the different ways in which your legal case can be funded. This is so that you can clearly understand the funding of your case and make a sensible decision.
We are one of the relatively small number of Firms who have been approved by the Legal Services Commission to offer Public Funding to prospective Clinical Negligence clients. Therefore if you are financially eligible for Public Funding we will apply for it on your behalf.
We are also able to consider with our clients whether or not we can act for them under a Conditional Fee Agreement also known as ‘no-win, no-fee’. This means that we would undertake your case on the basis that we would only be paid our costs by you of bringing a case if the case was won which usually means you recovering damages.
We can also, if you wish, act for you on a private hourly basis and you have the choice, if appropriate, of limiting the amount of work we undertake for you or limiting to which stage of the case you wish us to reach.
