The Criminal Team is able to deal with all types of criminal offences from driving matters to the most serious including Murder and Manslaughter. We can help at all stages of a criminal case from Arrest to Charge to Magistrates Court, Crown Court and if necessary Court of Appeal.
The Criminal Team is able to call on help from other Teams within the Firm so that you can be assured that you will obtain help with all aspects of your case. In particular where necessary a referral can be made to the Team dealing with Actions Against the Police.
