Some recent example of successful cases are given below.

Overstayer gets Leave to Remain: A client from Jamaica had stayed on in the UK after arriving on a visitors visa. She had 2 children in the UK but was too scared to try and regularise her position. We made a successful application for her to get Leave to Remain, and for her children to get UK citizenship.

Removal Stopped: A client who had arrived as a child was refused further Leave to Remain, detained and removal directions set. We successfully argued he had a right of appeal, obtained his release, and won his Appeal.

Rights continued: We were consulted by a Congolese Citizen who had been married to a French Citizen. She divorced him and then tragically died. We obtained the right for him and his Son to remain in the UK.

These are just a few of the cases we have brought to a successful conclusion. Let us help you too.
