We normally first consider with you whether or not we can act for you under a Conditional Fee Agreement also known as ‘no-win, no-fee’. This means that we would undertake your case on the basis that we would only be paid our costs by you of bringing a case if the case was won which means you receiving damages.
We can also if you wish act for you on a private hourly basis and you have the choice, if appropriate, of limiting the amount of work we undertake for you or limiting to which stage of the case you wish to reach.
